So today I thought I would kill myself with my workout!
I was bored so even though I had a workout planned with my sister I decided to go to the gym this afternoon.
30 min of 2 minute intervals on the elliptical level 5/level 11
Ate some food then went to work out with my sister.
Day 1 of Week 3 of couch to 5k was BRUTAL after this. Like the second interval of 3 minutes I gave up about 10 seconds before the timer went off because I thought I was going to throw up.
Then it was day 4 of the level 1 of the 30 day shred. I really couldn’t put my all into this but I tried super hard I swear.
Tomorrow is day 5 of 30 day shred and maybe some other cardio but probably not.
