I pulled my inner thigh/groin muscle again. To make it worse before the gym the ankle I sprained in December was randomly hurting so I’ve been alternating icing my groin and my ankle lol

I did a legs day like I never have before. Today I did a bunch of leg presses for the first time and it felt awesome.

So I have been slacking on my couch to 5k thing because I do it with my sister and time and weather haven’t been in our favour lately. Even though tonight was my third time doing the third week I had yet to jog the full 3 minutes without stopping but I FINALLY did it tonight. I just kept telling myself I had to stop being the person that quits when shit gets hard and I was able to do it....
