I did the first day of couch to 5k today. I feel amazing right now. Like I was expecting to die but I felt okay during the whole thing and I actually think I might like this jogging thing. My sister has a track behind her house so we used that and now we’re making plans to actually do it 3 times a week and keep up with the plan. Very excited!!
