Non scale victory!
Had to go shorts shopping recently because I only had one pair from last summer and they were way too big. I am down another size since January! I can’t even remember the last time I was a size 16. Two of the pairs are a little tight but they will fight within a few weeks I’m sure. Also oatmeal is one of my favourite things right now.

I haven’t weighed in for a few weeks because I haven’t had a good scale. I had such a productive day today
-woke up and did a lot of stretches -did my core workout -cleaned and vacuumed my room and the hallway -did the dishes and cleaned the kitchen -did a load of laundry -30 min on the arc trainer burning 470 calories -a circuit of the weight machines because its my full body weight training day -more stretching and showering after that Now its time to drink some tea and watch tv :)

I moved over the weekend and now I have to go to a new gym. I feel so self conscious because its a big open room. I swear I heard the guy behind me telling his friend not to be a dick last night and I’m sure they were talking about me.
