Non scale victory!
Had to go shorts shopping recently because I only had one pair from last summer and they were way too big. I am down another size since January! I can’t even remember the last time I was a size 16. Two of the pairs are a little tight but they will fight within a few weeks I’m sure.
Also oatmeal is one of my favourite things right now.

Weigh in
I haven’t weighed in for a few weeks because I haven’t had a good scale. I was home this week so I was finally able to do it.
Last weigh in (2 weeks ago): 254
This week: 248.6
5.4 lbs lost
Even though I didn’t meet my goal of being at 240 for today I did meet my sparkpeople goal of being at 249 for today so I’m super happy with that. Also I am now below 250 and that is...

I had such a productive day today
-woke up and did a lot of stretches
-did my core workout
-cleaned and vacuumed my room and the hallway
-did the dishes and cleaned the kitchen
-did a load of laundry
-30 min on the arc trainer burning 470 calories
-a circuit of the weight machines because its my full body weight training day
-more stretching and showering after that
Now its time to drink some tea and watch tv :)

I moved over the weekend and now I have to go to a new gym. I feel so self conscious because its a big open room. I swear I heard the guy behind me telling his friend not to be a dick last night and I’m sure they were talking about me. I don’t know how to not care what other people say about me but its also like at least I’m at the gym?
I know I can’t let this stop me...
