Today I had like the best cardio workout. I had to push myself though especially because things kept happening that in the past would have made me quit but today I was like NO EFF THAT.

I have been doing interval cardio this week cutting down how much time I have to spend doing cardio I think it really is worth it and working.
I had really wanted to be at 240 for my birthday which is exactly a month away but now I’m aiming for 244 so hopefully i can lose 10lb in the next month

I hit my weight loss goal this week. I was so worried it wouldn’t happen but I decided to weigh myself anyway.

This week: 257.0
This means I’m finally at 40lbs lost exactly. So proud of myself.

I want to cry right now because I had my cardio planned for today and I get to the gym and it closed early because of the holiday. I swear I didn’t read anywhere it was closing early today.
Now I am in the worst mood ever. And its pouring outside so I can’t even go for a walk.
