LW: 257 This week: 254.8 Lost 2.2 lbs this week :) I have been doing interval cardio this week cutting down how much time I have to spend doing cardio I think it really is worth it and working. I had really wanted to be at 240 for my birthday which is exactly a month away but now I’m aiming for 244 so hopefully i can lose 10lb in the next month
